Every child deserves to begin the school year with the confidence and resources they need to succeed. We partner with local shelters and community organizations to provide school supplies and everyday necessities to children and families experiencing financial hardship.

By collecting backpacks, school supplies, and other essential items, we aim to reduce barriers to education while supporting families as they prepare for a new academic year.

The EmpowerHer Initiative

The EmpowerHER Initiative is AVYRA's flagship fundraising campaign dedicated to advancing women's health, safety, and equity through meaningful community action. By investing in women, we invest in stronger families, healthier communities, and a more equitable future.

Funds raised through the EmpowerHER Initiative directly support AVYRA's mission by helping provide essential hygiene products, emergency assistance, educational resources, community outreach programs, and partnerships that improve access to care for women experiencing domestic violence, housing insecurity, financial hardship, and other barriers to health and well-being.

Our inaugural goal is to unite individuals in raising $10,000, demonstrating how small acts of generosity can create lasting impact when a community comes together.
